Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of App on Tap products, including VoiceXP. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Supervision
You may use the app only where legally permitted. For children, use should be supervised by a parent or guardian as appropriate.
2. App Purpose
App on Tap products are educational and wellness-oriented tools. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
3. Account and Content Responsibility
You are responsible for information entered into the app and for use of the app on your devices.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with app functionality.
- Do not use the app in ways that violate applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
App content, branding, and software are owned by App on Tap or its licensors and are protected by law.
6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
VoiceXP offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans (monthly and yearly). By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Pricing may vary by region and is displayed at the time of purchase. For iOS users, subscriptions are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
7. Third-Party Services
VoiceXP is distributed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store and Google Play). Your use of the app may also be subject to those platforms' terms and conditions.
8. Speech Recognition & Profanity Filter Limitations
VoiceXP may include optional, on-device features that interpret spoken words (speech recognition) and block certain unsafe words (profanity filtering). These features are provided for convenience and family-friendly experiences only.
You acknowledge that speech recognition and profanity filtering are not perfect and may fail to detect certain words, accents, foreign languages, or malicious attempts to bypass filters. You agree not to rely on these features as a safety guarantee.
These features are based only on audio captured from the user's device microphone during app use and are not intended to upload or transmit audio to App on Tap servers.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App on Tap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from app use.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
